My name is Tennessee Daniel and I am the author of the (almost) finished Book that will help you to learn all about how to freeze dry food as your main food preservation method and the FAQs along with technical aspects and cost breakdowns.

I have had my freeze drying unit since 2015 and I was STILL running the original JB oil pump up until 2020!
